    I am filing this complaint regarding the company Fetch Package, specifically their location at ******************************************* This is not related to the Fetch Dog Park (which is a separate and excellent entity) this is solely about Fetch Package, which has been an ongoing source of stress, loss, and unresolved issues.I live in a residential complex that unfortunately requires tenants to use Fetch for package delivery. Since being forced into using this service, I have repeatedly experienced package theft, misdeliveries, and false delivery confirmations. It is well-documented online that this company has a reputation for these exact issues just a quick search shows an overwhelming number of 1-star reviews and public complaints.Most recently, I had a deeply personal and time-sensitive package stolen. A gift was sent to me after the loss of my dog a time of immense stress and grief. Fetch claimed the package was delivered, but the photo provided as proof shows an item that neither matches what I ordered nor the package ID. There is zero follow-up, no accountability, and no recourse for customers. I am emotionally drained and fed up with their complete disregard for basic service standards and customer ******* is also alarming that ******************** appears to conduct no background checks on their workers. This means that strangers from unknown backgrounds are gaining access to residential buildings and are repeatedly involved in package theft and mishandling. This is a serious safety and liability concern.I am requesting that this complaint be formally investigated. This company continues to operate despite a long track record of dishonest and negligent behavior. At minimum, there must be stricter oversight, penalties, or suspension of operations until they address their systemic failures.Desired Outcome:Immediate investigation into this location's delivery practices Reimbursement or compensation for the stolen item Clear accountability for the mishandling of packages

    As seen in the first sentence of this complaint the issue is with Fetch Package NOT Fetch Park. Our business does not ship packages we are a bar and off leash dog park. Please remove this complaint from Fetch Park.
