I did attend an appointment at EYE SPECIALIST OF GEORGIA on 3/19/22 at 10:30 am , located at ******************************************************************, the reason of my visit was for a regular eye exam in order to replace my HARD CONTACT LENSES, I usually do this every year in order to get new contact lenses, but this was my very first time at this place.O.D ******************************************* , is the one took care of my exam , after we finished I did ask ,how long will take for my contact lenses to arrive due that they have to order first , she stated will be at least 2 weeks and someone will call me and let me know. I did stated her that also ,I will like to receive paper copy of my prescription ( other places I been always made copy and handed to me ) lady stated that they will give me paper copy after I have a FITTING appointment in order to do so.week later I got a phone call from ******** , stating that I need to make appointment for FITTING on contact lenses, I said is ok and the sooner the better(previous places I been NEVER REQUIRED such a fitting appointment) ******** stated that the closest she can get me appointment will be june 11th , I DID REQUEST SATURDAYS CAUSE ARE MY DAYS OFF.But then I called back on 04/13/22 at 12:30pm and ***** did answer call , stated that ******** will call me back, then I decided to ask if I can just go and PICK IT up my new contact lenses , and i was told that I CANT cause I HAVE TO have FITTING APPOINTMENT .. I refused to believe such nonsense thing then, ***** put IMAN a male person that stated is the manager , he scream on the phone staying , WHAT IS THE PART that I dont understand ,, that by the state of GEORGIA and by LAW they cant just give me CONTACT LENSES . And i have to set up appointment , I lost one of my contact lenses and thats the other reason I need this ASAP. IMAN did yield on the phone again that I'm NOT WELCOME in his office because I'm refusing to understand their policies . run out of space
