            Terrible customer service!!! My payments come out the 17th of each month, I wanted to book an appointment but I couldn't because my account was in suspension. I called 3/23/23 to speak with a manger at the camp creek location, The receptionist relayed to me, sometimes the *** payment system does not take the payment out when it's supposed too, (first I've ever heard that) I check my account yesterday 3/27/23 and I have a charge for $125 what!!! I called today 3/28/23 to speak with a manager at the camp creek location, the receptionist was nice, but let me know the Manger told her that *** from corporate will speak to me next monday, the manager couldn't even get on the phone with me to explain what's going on with my account. I'm over massage envy, I will definitely tell everyone who is inquiring about the company to do there due diligence, I'm come for relaxation and all I've gotten was stress from them.
