    I was a customer of *********************** for years. I was involved in a car accident Oct 2001(This was my 1st complaint-Filed w/ corporate) , it was at this time I began to reach out to Mr.********************* I had to call ******************************** several times (HE NEVER ANSWERS) in order to receive my payment (Literally have to call corporate on his office and they conference (3 way us in) in order to get him/anyone in his office on the phone. I recently purchased a new car. At the time I purchased my car his office was closed. I received my policy info from an agent. I reached out to Mr.******************** shortly after to ask about receiving policy/cards. Mr. ******************** explained that by me adding my policy thru an agent they did not send the policy over to underwriting and he was going to do so (May 2022). Mr. ******************** failed to send my policy over resulting in me receiving a lapse in my insurance policy followed by registration being suspended. I received the letter from the *** via mail with a expiration date of 09/13/22 saying that payment should be received or if it was in error reach out to ******************. I reached out to Mr. ******************** via conference thru corporate(2nd complaint filed) (as he did not answer the phone) where one of his colleagues *** ********************* that she had forwarded the info over to HR. At that time I explained to *** that I was not able to drive my vehicle as the registration was expired. She ********************* that she would reach out to me for reimbursement. To this this day I have yet to hear anything back Mr. ********************* I was pulled over on 11/05, for having a suspended registration. I was forced to "confiscate" my car. I had just picked up a good friend of mine of over 20 years who is also a disabled vet who suffers with PTSD. This was a very traumatic event for me and my friend, who had to be comforted and told "to breathe" multiple times. The officer was so sympathetic they allowed me to pay the $85.00 reinstatement on the spot and allowed me to take my friend back to his room to get his medicine
