    **A copy of this letter was sent to the General Manager of the hotel, *************************** *************************** I have not received a response from ******************, nor any other manager. **In the letter, I requested a refund for the Uber. I am writing to express my deep concern about the unsatisfactory experience I encountered during my recent stay at the Hampton Inn Atlanta Buckhead from December 15th to December 16th, 2023. During my stay, I discovered a distressing problem in my roomroach infestation. This issue not only compromised the cleanliness of the room but also had a significant impact on my overall comfort and well-being. I am aware that challenges can arise in the hospitality industry, but the presence of roaches is a clear violation of the basic standards of hygiene that guests rightfully expect.To provide a comprehensive understanding of the issue, I have documented the presence of roaches through photographs and videos, which are available upon request. In addition, it came to my attention that staff members were already aware of the problem, and multiple staff members confirmed that this issue was confined to the third floor.Considering these circumstances, I kindly request the following actions be taken:Compensation for Travel: As the conditions were unsuitable and resulted in my relocation to the ************** at *********************************************************, I request compensation for the travel expenses incurred via Uber in the amount of $15.00.I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope for a swift resolution. I believe in the reputation of the Hampton Inn Atlanta Buckhead and trust that appropriate steps will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future.I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience to discuss the actions being taken to address this situation.     I had one of the worst customer experiences when staying here on Labor Day weekend of 2023. The cleaning staff threw away a year's supply of contact lenses, as well as my emergency glasses, and my daughter's ear medication.When alerted to this occurrence, the only effort they made in assisting me, was telling me I could dig through the trash to see if I could find the missing items. I did so, because I was desperate, but it was an awful experience. I did not find the items.After reporting that I could not find the items, I was told that "insurance would handle it from there." This was over 3 weeks ago, and no one has bothered to check up on me, nor have I been contacted by any insurance agency handling this claim. I would recommend you stay at literally any other hotel than this.
