      Starlight Homes contracted Strathmore to install my flooring and 2 years later theyre having to replace my floors due to some faulty product. The guys came out last week and took up the flooring in my bathroom and removed my toilet. In doing so, they broke the ****** to the master bathroom toilet. I talked to the lead on the project, **********, and told him what happened. At first he asked me how do you know my guys broke it? Well the toilet is sitting in my shower with the bolt attached and the ****** broke. Then he said what do you want me to do about it? I said id like to get the ****** replaced, or have a plumber come out and reimburse me the money. He called back and said that he would be out tomorrow to replace the ******. He came out and put a repair kit on the toilet, but did not put the toilet back. My wife and I put the toilet back in place with the wax ring and noticed that the repair kit made the ****** too tall to put the toilet flush with the floor. Now Im having to call a plumber out to replace the ****** that was damaged.
