    As a parent, I do not recommend Smartcare/Vanco for daycare payment processing. The customer service has been extremely disappointing, and the app is confusing and difficult to navigate. I requested clear, official PDF statements of my payment history, as I am entitled to proper documentation for my records. My request was denied, which is *************** issues with this company go back years. Initially, I was being charged the Tuesday before the week of care, but the payments were not processing on time. To simplify things, I chose to pay cash on a bi-weekly basis. Tuition is $200 per week, so I would pay $400 every two weeks to cover both the current and previous weeks.Despite being consistently ahead on paymentsand even overpaying at one point due to my own trackingthe app failed to reflect this accurately. It still charged me for an extra week and tacked on late fees, even though I was more than paid up. Their system simply does not handle irregular or cash payments well, and their lack of flexibility and support made it worse.Even my daycare provider has expressed dissatisfaction with this company, noting that theyve had ongoing problems and recommending I reach out to Smartcare/Vanco directlywhich, unfortunately, led to no ************* summary, I do not support or suggest this company for daycare providers or parents. The lack of transparent records, poor app functionality, and unhelpful customer service have caused me unnecessary stress and confusion.
