  This company collected my payment for a rushed passport but didnt explain my flight had to be international until after they collected payment. I requested a refund but still havent received it or heard anything after sending emails and calling! Very frustrating, bad experience.

  Absolute scam. There is nothing this "business" accomplishes. Spoke to a "representative" who made it clear that she was clueless to my "account" and was blaming the government for why their website is broken. Requested a refund and was denied. Reported to my bank to file a dispute.

  DO NOT USE!!!! Day 21 of waiting for a refund of my money. They keep telling me they are reaching out to their billing department, and there has been no response. They were quick to take the payment (prior to any service being rendered) but move at the speed of smell refunding the money. I ended up finding out I could do this service on my own, faster than their service would be able to provide so I no longer required their services...nothing had been done on their end save for taking my payment. I put a cancellation on 7/14, it is now 8/7. Nothing. 8/6 asked for status. Nothing in the e-mail it did not state anything about a ***** hour response window. Chatbot ( I assume since the "agent" said I was "very welcome" when I thanked them for nothing) tells me it has not been 48 hours and they cannot do anything. Very shady service. I am shocked ***** partners with them.

  When I walked into the passport office to do the appointment I was told to do by Rush my passport I was told immediately that it was a scam and to get my money back when I called to get a refund. It says I must go online to which there is NO way to request a refund. THIS IS A SCAM. The woman literally tried to tell me how they are not a scam. DO NOT USE THIS ORGNAIZATION- not only are you going to pay outrageous fees to them, you are going to pay the same extra fees to get your passport including expedited shipping of $22 to the government and they will charge you $39 for overnight shipping. They charge you multiple times for fees the government is already charging you.

  IT'S LEGIT!!I was SO VERY skeptical of this company!! We realized my passport expired 2 weeks before our trip to ******. The nearest *************** Centers were 2 and 4 hours away and barely any appointments. We saw that *** ex partnered with *************** and started the process with little research. We paid big $$$ but we needed it quick. A few days later they called because our form had the wrong carrier name( they didnt advise us to change it) and wanted us to pay to overnight the updated form. This is when I started to panic they were a scam! I found this page and read the reviews and ALMOST cancelled the service. I called the ************************** office and they received the application but could only tell me that the processing time is 2- 3 weeks for the expedited service. I needed it in days!! They asked if I wanted them to digitally transfer my file to an agency office and make an appointment for me to come in, which was essentially starting over!! I almost did!! Luckily, I did not. Rush My Passport had it delivered to me on the day they said. The passport agency overnighted it to them and they overnighted it to us.

  DO NOT Use this company. They offer expedited passports and collect your payment without telling you that traveling internationally is a requirement for expedited service. BAIT AND SWITCH. With current travel requirements of a REAL ID or Passport to fly, this company should be REQUIRED to inform their customers that international ********************** is a requirement for certain paid services and not collect payment until the customer acknowledges and understands their options. Stay away!

  This website is a complete scam. The only reason I considered using this service is because I thought it was affiliated with ***. They charged me a $188 to fill out a passport form that is available online for free. If you want expedited shipping it cost another $60 via Fed Ex. They do not give you any of this information upfront. You cannot get a hold of anyone on the phone. Stay away from this website. Total scam!!!!!!

  It is a shame that a legitimate company like *** would advertise expedited passport services with RushMyPassport, which is clearly a fraudulent business. My credit card was charged before I even used the service, despite hitting "cancel." Refunds are not granted, and the follow-up instructions are unclear. There is no verification that the passport acceptance agency does anything to rush the application and you still have to go to an inoerson appointment, despite the claims otherwise. When I called the customer service phone number they claimed I did not have an account/order. I am embarrassed that I did not do enough research. I will not have my passport in time to travel in 5 weeks and I wasted a money on the crazy fee.

  Rush my passport is a scam!!! Im out over $900 for my son and myself. I can not believe *** and ***** recommend this company. They must get a kick back for doing so. Whatever you do NEVER EVER use **************** services. I canceled my order and they told me I am not eligible to get my money back. I canceled within 3 days!! I never used the service at all. I am going to fight this with my credit card company! They should be shut down and all operations should be halted! They are thieves!
