      Never purchase carpet here. Purchased carpet with a 25 year warranty; one year after installation my carpet has become crunchy like walking on egg shells. First Inspection of carpet came back as manufacturers defect. Home Depot said they didnt know if it was the carpet or the pad so they requested another company to do another inspection. That inspection said that the noise is a normal occurrence with tufted carpet. Obviously Home Depot shops til they get the answer they want. They wont stand behind their products. Now Im left with crunchy carpet.

      I am disabled and CURRENTLY being discriminated against due to my disability. I order a water heater Monday paid for heater install and the heater was delivered and installed by home depot 3rd party. 2 days 2 days later no got water call company that installed they said call home depot home depot says call manufacturer HOW its 4 days old I asked for my heater to be connected properly and nothing silence 2 days now I call the store for a refund **** and ***** said thry were going to help .well they DID NOT another hot weekend no water to shower im disabled I have no family here to go to and no where to take a hot shower Refund me in full get your junk out my house. I will NEVER USE HOME DEPOT AGAIN!!!!!!!

      Ordered a table saw through them. It was on sale. The saw shipped in one box and the stand in another. The saw made it to the local store, but the stand got lost in shipment. We looked online and they have 135 stands showing up with the exact same model number as what we were getting. They say they can't send us "just the stand" and that we would have to pay full price for it. We are building a home and had our appliances ordered. We have canceled it and will not be using them for floor installation. Poor, poor business.

      Horrible service from Home Depot #****, *********************************. On 7/8, I went into Home Depot to buy laminate floors and ended up spending over $800 just for the floors. The only stipulation was a must "indoor delivery"! So what happened next? I received an email from HD stating I had 7 days to pick up the flooring or the order was to be canceled. I immediately called and emailed them back letting them know that these 23 cases of flooring was to be delivered "INDOOR"!!! Of course, no response! So I've tried with 3 more emails/calls on a DAILY bases with no response from HD. I finally got in touch with the guy that took care of my order my order and he also agreed it was to be indoor delivery. He placed me on hold to straighten it out and after a long frustrating 15+ minute wait, he finally got back on the phone to only tell me he would call me back and of course, I never heard back from him either! At least not until several days later when they finally wanted to schedule delivery, never mentioned nor apologized for the several days of horrible service I received, I politely told them to kiss my a**! Or shove it...I'm going back to ****** where all my jobs in the past done flawlessly.. A bit more money but you get what you pay for! Never again with Home Depot #*******************************! Run don't walk....

      For the last almost 24 hours I attempted to cancel the *** online order. The customer ********************** call ********************** that is clearly outside the country has told me hope for the best that it will be cancelled. Today, upon hearing it shipped out anyway, I was told to dispute the transaction with my bank (commit fraud) in an effort to get my money refunded as Home Depot cant help a customer and a veteran. I asked to speak to a supervisor, was denied. I demanded to speak to someone in the ** who could help and now have been on hold listening to people speak Spanish for 20 minutes.I spent quite a bit of time attempting to get hold of someone at Home Depot, other than an out of country customer ********************** call ********************** who denies you the ability to speak to a supervisor. I finally found an email address, not a phone number, to file a complaint. Over 12 hours post complaint, no response. No merchandise, no refund, and no response. Shop at *****

      Terrible customer ********************** with respect to a multiple appliance order. Never have I heard of or seen worse customer care from a company. I warn anybody considering buying an appliance from Home Depot to buy from ****** instead.

      I bought my dishwasher six months ago and they sent someone out twice to install it properly because it kept coming out. Now its doing the same thing and they wont come back to install the right way. My old dishwasher never moved in twenty years so it has to be the poorly trained installers. Home Depot wont stand behind their product. Thats not good business! Home Depot in ******* *******.

      Purchasing an appliance at Home Depot in ****, ** has been a nightmare. The Home Depot staff locally and nationally have not delivered on their promises or provided even basic Customer **********************. Home ********************** has cancelled two deliveries, on the 3rd attempt delivered a broken washing machine that flooded the laundry room and caused water damage to my first floor ceiling. Now I get to spend a great deal of time with an insurance claim with their insurer. I've already been forced to provide their insurer with the same information in two different formats. Given all I've been through (I live 45 min from this rental property), I simply asked for just a little help with getting an exact time for a replacement delivery and all I get is excuses as to why the third party hauler won't do that despite the fact they work for a large company like Home Depot. I have a time window, but they haven't provided me with a truck tracker this time so I have to sit around and wait there and have no ability to see if there are delays, etc.We've had discussions with the ***** NC acting store manager the Assistant Store Manager, many people at their 800 number, and lastly the *********************** They're all full of excuses but no assistance

      Home Depot Credit Services erroneously took two statement balance payments on the same day (7/14/2025) totaling $28,130.32. This amount is more than the balance owed and surpassed the credit limit of $20,000. Customer ********************** stated ***** hours of a return of less than the additional ACH and the money wasn't returned. Customer ********************** manager ******** said, "it should be there tomorrow" (7/17/2025) and it did not get returned to the business account. Calling again on 7/18/2025, ******* stated it would take 10 business days and ******** was unavailable or unable to be transferred to my calls. As of 7/19/2025, the additional funds have not been received. Home Depot Credit Services, in my mind, have stolen funds from my business bank account and have held it without regard to their stated return timelines.

      Just spent over 6k in the fall and recently bought an oven for 3k that has been a nightmare for delivery and service. Forced to reschedule my delivery date, I had to call the day before to say I had yet to get a confirmation, only to be told that they actually were not coming because the date they gave me was a mistake, and they were booked up. I would have wasted a day at work if I had just sat and waited for them, since no one called to warn me that I was not getting my delivery as promised. I finally got my oven delivered and realized the door was not lined up properly, and something was off. The delivery guys told me they couldn't handle it and that I would have to call Home Depot to get a tech out. The tech called me on the wrong date and told me he was on the way to our house. When I explained he messed up, he AGREED that he called in error and would see me tomorrow. BOTH my husband and I stayed home ALL DAY on the right day, and he NEVER showed or called. When I called the cell number he called me on the day prior he answered and said he took care of it and spoke with my husband. I apologized and hung up, thinking that while I was in my bedroom on a call, I must have missed him, although I saw no one on my security camera. When I asked my husband, who was downstairs also working, he said no one came. Called the guy back, thinking he must have gotten me mixed up with another customer, and he refused to answer his phone. We both stayed home all day just for no one to show and to be LIED to! When I called customer **********************, they agreed that all of what I said was right, but refused to accommodate, knowing that their tech had screwed up and lied about visiting and that they had the wrong date in the system, seeing that I had proof since it was scheduled through the customer support chat. This was a constant back and forth pleading them to come out same day or sooner, seeing that they had screwed up one too many times.
