    Date of transaction: 01/17/23 Amount paid from me: ****** Amount paid from my insurance company: ******* Kongs Body Shop was to fix all areas of my car damaged in an accident.Any discrepancy between the insurance company estimates and Kongs was supposed to be submitted by Kongs to the insurance company.Kongs was then supposed to fix all items and allow me to pick up my car within a reasonable time frame.*Car dopped off at Kongs on 12/12/22 and kept the car until 01/17/2023. *All areas with damage not fixed and even the areas worked on were not complete.The paint was off color from metal to metal. Not blended well.The front bumper was not fully attached.Originally missing a pin stripe that I had to bring the car back and wait for an hour for them to add, then it partially peeled after 28 days.The **** sensor in the tire was not fix and I had to return to Kongs and then to an outside tire shop that Kongs deals with (I did not pick them and they did not do work for me, they worked for Kongs, but on my car)**There was new damage on my vehicle after sitting at Kongs for so long. Driver's side door and fender dinged by something. ***The headlight was not reattached properly.The back passenger side fender was repaired and repainted poorly, but the skipped the rear bumper that was clearly related and 1 inch away.The wheel/tire still shows damage.From pickup of my car on 01/17/23, where I took pictures and explained all areas that still needed work, through to the following weeks, my complaints and comments were ignored even with picture evidence.Kongs even forced me into taking the car off their lot when I said it's not ready and I don't want to pick it up. They said they couldn't keep it.They basically did nothing to try and resolve anything I asked for and still nothing has been addressed by Kongs. The third-party tire shop did fix the **** sensor after I paid $100 in Ubers to be able to drop my car off at this unknown place chosen by Kongs.

    Underinsured and Underqualified Lying Body Shop

    Kong's Body Shop is not a good place to go, because 1) it is not insured for test driving any vehicles , 2) it does not handle any mechanical repair, 3) the owner is a habitual liar. So, if your vehicle has functional damage, Kong's Body Shop believes that you have an obligation to figure out what's your vehicle's issue and let it know. If you cannot diagnose your vehicle's issue, you have to wait FOREVER to get your car back (not even guaranteed for safe driving), drove your car, found the issue, and TELL Kong's Body Shop what's the issue. Then you wait for ANOTHER THREE WEEKS for your car to get fixed.

    The owner of Kong's Body Shop, ****, is a ******** ***** Day one, he will tell you that he does not have to fix the mechanical part of your car because he's a body shop, and then day two - he's ordering parts to fix the mechanical part of your car. On day one, your car's parts have been ordered and will arrive on day seven. By day six, you will found out that no parts were ordered until day five. On day one, **** will tell you that "he does not have insurance to test driving your car." Later, **** will tell you that "he personally drove your car to the mechanical shop."

    You will hear a combination of truth and lie about your car and when your car will get ready, but you'll never know which one is true until the day comes. It's has been quite an adventure to deal with Kong's Body Shop, and I don't recommend anyone sending their car there. You risk your own money and time to deal with a ******** *****
