    I received 2 warning letters from CRH Anesthesia to state that I have 2 past due balance from service date 2/22/23 ($387.71) & 6/27/23($387.71), If I can't pay by 9/30/24,The balance will be referred to a collection agency then.First of all, it is my first time to receive this letter to indicate pending payment. I never ever got any related official billing before.Secondly, based on surprise bill act, law protect pacient from unexpected medical bill from out of network service at in-network facility, which means I don't have to pay extra money to Anesthesia provider(out of network) when they work with my in-network doctor to treat me. For your information, me and my husband both had same procedures(endoscopy) on 2022/8 under same doctor/facility/location/anesthesia provider, we weren't be billed even one ***** at that time. Thirdly, even my insurance company(United healthcare), they are confused why this happened since they didn't receive related ********* this point, CRH Anesthesia didn't send official statement (only letters attached) but keeping on pushing/threatening me to pay the bill asap, Otherwise they will get collection agent involved to destroy my credit score, which is totally not acceptable.
