Went to ***-****** Feb 6, 2025. Had 2 10#fire extinguishers checked, 1 4#fire extinguisher exchanged. Bought a new 10# fire extinguisher, and a Red plastic box for the fire extinguisher. After taking it to the facility, it looked too industrial. So I took it back to ***-****** on Feb.10th. Then I left the box and receipt there, because they couldn't get their computer to refund my money back into my bank account. They said it could take a while, so went to eat and went back and they still couldn't get it to work. So I told them to return money and have called them twice and they keep telling me they will tell Mr. ******* or he is not available. They owe me $98.00 for the box.Business Response

We were receiving a communication error on our panel. This company called me at 3:30 AM every MORNING to advise of this. I called and asked for the calls to stop. They didn't. When they sent someone out to repair the error, no discussion of charges were mentioned on the phone. We were billed $185.00. An attempt at 2 free months of service was offered in lieu if we paid the bill. Zero concern over the past 4 weeks from ANY of their employees. We have decided to cancel service due to their lack of respect for the customer.Business Response

Your panel is programmed to provide a daily test communication to central monitoring to ensure it is communicating in the event of an emergency. When the test didn't happen, we notified you. I am rejecting this response because:We chose not to continue service due to the level of customer service received from **** at the ************ location. We paid the early disconnect fee which I feel we shouldn't be responsible for as THEIR employee provided terrible customer service which caused them to lose a customer. Someone needs to be held accountable and not the customer. It's not my issue they hired someone disrespectful .

at the beginning of the month I moved into the apartments in ****************** called *************. Every night the fire alarm control panel beeps loudly from 10 pm til late morning disturbing the resident of building 3. This has been occurring for months according to the front office staff and there is no resolution in place besides the residents manually turning off the alarm nightly with a key . We had a 5 year contract with ******* Security. ******* was purchased by *** ******, and we had terrible service, so we decided to go with someone else. I contacted the company to let them know that. I could not find any cancellation information in the contract. However, when I emailed the company, they emailed back that there "would be a small balance left on the contract... but they would disregard it." A few weeks later we started getting harassed by constant emails and phone calls asking us to pay a balance of $196.22. I emailed the person sending these emails twice with no response. We will not pay any balance because we were told they would disregard it. The multiple issues we had with their service was the reason for our cancellation. We ( ********************, ***********, ** ) *** ****** to install and new alarm system at our church in January 2023. It is 9 month later and they have not completed the work. After months of delay and incorrect billing (has not been paid), near completion (Fire Plat, for wall; Test Inspection), it still has not been completed. The County Fire ******** has been trying to set an appointment to come out and inspect and his number was given to *** ******. Upon talking and planning to set appointment, another complication was discovered--the permit was from Alamance County (erroneously) instead of Guilford. It has been more than a month since and no contact has been made with **. Phone, email and text message attempts and message were made to no avail.Business Response

I dont have account with these people and they keep sending me bills. I jumped through hoops to cancel my account in accordance with their demands of 30 days notice in writing. I have attempted numerous times to contact them and tell them to stop sending me bills and they dont answer the phone. They keep giving me the run around.
