            Around the 1st week or so I dropped my car off for repair from and accident I had on April *** 2021. They said it wouldn't take long before it will be fixed. I waited for about 2 weeks and they loaned me a car. All the while I would call or stop by to see about my car and they wouldn't answer, call me back, say they haven't heard from my insurance claims department, their employees are not wanting to come to work, they don't have anyone to work on my car, they haven't heard back from claims, they are waiting for parts and when I've asked to see my car they have found a way to not go see my car. They so called sold the first loaner car and then put me in another and then said they sold that one and I needed to bring it back and they are still waiting to hear from claims. I then called claims for the first try which I had been able to get claims every time I called them. I in turn got claims on the phone and called BMW on three way so I would hear them talk and claims said they were waiti
