            On November ** ***** an order was placed with said company ordering a headstone for my deceased father; ****** ********. The requisition for work clearly stated the date of demise as September *** ***** After the headstone had been completed and delivered; we went to inspect at the resting place of my loving father; only to observe the date of demise as September *** ***** We have attempted to work with this company to get this erroneous date of demised corrected with no avail. The company informed us that in order to correct the error; that the company made; we would have to incur an additional $200 cost. When we attempt to contact the company via telephone; we only get a voice message that says "caller has a voice mail that has not been set up". The fax number for this company on invoice #XXXXX is XXX-XXX-XXXX. The reason this complaint was not filed within the year timeline; is I was not made aware of your support process. Your support and assistance would be greatly appreciated.
