I hired Mister Ladder to fix several cracks inside my garage, the driveway and walkways. He did not even come to my home to do an estimate. I had to take several pictures and send them to the company. I was dealing with *****, one of the owners. They sent to workers out, 1 of the workers could not speak a word of English. The 1st day they arrived, the ******* and other worker was at my home. About 1 1/2 hours later, the ******* left for 3 to 4 hours to go to another job. They used a concrete saw and made the cracks about 10 times wider. There was dust everywhere. The entire garage and the outside of my garage door was covered in dust. They came back the next day to finish and it looked horrible. I complained to the owner about the dust and how bad the job looked. He said that we do million-dollar homes that come out perfect, and a $750.00 job is a disaster??? I finally after several phone calls, he came out and looked at the job. He stated that the job looked horrible. He said he was sorry, and they would fix it. He sent a lady to clean the garage and the outside of the garage door. He then said he was going to come-back and fix it himself. Well, he never did. Called and left several messages and he finally returned one and said that he and his wife just had the baby. He would be at my home in less than a week. Well, that also did not happen. I called a few more times, and about 10 days ago he said that his partner and himself were coming this past week to fix the job. That was untrue also. I since then, left a couple of messages along with a couple of text messages. He still will not answer any of my messages. I purchased 2 gallons of epoxy paint and also paid a contractor $275.00 to hopefully make it look better. Still can see all the cracks that the company REPAIRED. I have pictures of the way it looks, 100 times worse. They also used my concrete in my garage without asking me. I now have 2 colors of grout in my driveway.
