    I always get my purchases, food/nonfood delivered by Walmart. On or around about 6-12-25, a walmart delivery person nearly drove up the stairs of my porch. I went outside to confront him and I think he didn't know I was home. He threw the package up the stairs and attempt to drive off. I scolded him about driving on my lawn. After some hours my lawn start looking damaged. I complained to Walmart customer service 3 times and all they want to do is give me a 25 dollar gift card that will not fix my lawn. And still did NOT get the gift card. I do have picture but I can't upload them because they are too big.

    I placed an online order and was tracking my order. I watched the delivery driver park and sit at the incorrect location for about 10 minutes. I decide to call the driver to ask does she need assistance with directions to the correct location. The person answered and told me that I have the incorrect number. I then text the driver and asked if she need help finding the correct address. I never got a response. Standing outside I see the driver pull up to my apartment (the correct address). I go back inside because I figured she was just lost and had finally gone the correct location. My deliveries are normally eat at the front door so I didnt think about it anymore since I am looking at the app and I know that this is the driver. A few minute water I go back to check the app it says delivered. Once I open my front door my order is not there. I dont know if the driver kept the order or if she just did what she wanted to do with the order. I have children and bills to pay and waiting 10 days for a refund for my belongings is ridiculous.

    WALMART HAS TAKEN OUT ***** (FOR WALMART PLUS) FROM MY C/C SINCE AUG OF *************************************************************************************** WITH 48 HRS, I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM YET SO ON MAY THE 17, 2024 I WAS ABLE TO GET ***** BACK (NOT) THEY GAVE IT TO ME & TURN AROUND TOOK IT RIGHT BACK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. ********************** HAS STOLEN THIS MONEY FROM ME I DID ASK FOR THIS SERVICE, I DID NOT AGREE TO THIS SERVICE, I HAVE CALLED & CALLED & CALLED I'M SICK OF CALLING, IT SURE IS HARD TO THINK THAT I SEE ALL KINDS OF FOLKS ON THE INTERNET HAVING SAME ISSUE SAYING THEY HAVE REPORTED THIS TO THE BBB ONLY TO SEE AN A RATING CAUSEYOU FOLKS LET THEM HAVE ALL THE STORES ON HERE INSTEAD OF JUST ONE, MAKES ME THINK YOU ALL ARE NOT FOR THE CONSUMER BUT THE MARKERTER MERCHANDISER SELLER WHAT EVER YOU CALL THEM, I HAVE ALWAYS THOUGHT BBB WAS FOR THE CONSUMER BUT I GUESS NOT. THIS WALMART ISSUE IS FOR WALMART PLUS WHICH I HAVE FOUND OUT IS FOR ONLINE DELIVERIES WHICH I DO NOT HAVE, ONLY TO FIND OUT WHEN YOU CHECK OUT AT THE STORE IT POPS UP OF THE ************ HAVE TO BE FAST TO CATCH IT... THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF US OUT HERE TRYING TO GET OUR MONEY BACK & REPORTING THIS TO THE BBB WHY DO THEY HAVE AN A RATING HMMMMM, I WILL CHECK INTO THIS AS WELL...... I REFUSE TO SHARE MY BANK STATEMENTS WITH YOU ON THE INTERNET
