    I hired SBC Trees to cut some branches hanging over residence, some branches from a very large Oak tree that also could pose a danger in high winds, as well as some smaller brush/branches. From the very first contact by me to inquire about estimates etc., ******** was extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and very explanatory in answering my questions/concerns. She also was extremely dependable when she advised she would return my call, when needed, and worked with me wonderfully to schedule the estimate and the actual work to be performed, to fit into my frame/availability. On the day of the job the guys showed up on time, even a bit earlier than the scheduled time, and were ready to work. They worked as a team and the job was finished well within a fair time frame. The entire experience flowed smoothly and I am thrilled at the work performed. All debris was removed and it appeared like they were never there when they left. I highly recommend SBC Trees and I will utilize them again when needed. ***** *******

    Paid over $5000 to have trees taken down. Excellent service. However made agreement to get wood chips and they would spread. They dropped 4 truck loads. The day they pulled into driveway to spread it started raining. I asked them to come back another day because ******** has a high water table and their equipment would destroy my yard if the ground is wet plus ******** floods out It has been almost a year they refuse my calls and ignore my texts. I have a paper trail of text. Other companies quoted me $600 and over to remove. They used me for their personal gain to save dump fees. Resolution now for them to remove those pules of wood chips from my property.
