    This company broke my stuff when they pucked up. I have now been in my new home for 8 days and I still DO NOT have my personal belongings. I have no bed, no cookware, nothing to sit on, no TV and only 1 week worth of clothing. I have called 14 times. No one EVER answers. They also do not respond to voicemails as I never, ever get a return phone call. When they email me I get absolutely nowhere as they told me they're loading onto a semi in LA on August 12 to bring to my home in *********. They then responded via email today August ********************************************************* **. The same response 4 days later. I have begged and pleaded via email that a supervisor call me ASAP to voice my concerns about my personal belongings. I NEVER get a call. This bugs me just as much as my lost furniture. You cannot resolve a problem without proper communication. This is why I decided to get BBB involved. I NEED answers...I have absolutely nothing with me. This company has my whole life with them and yet they refuse to contact me. I NEED MY STUFF!!
