    I arrived to my condo rental to find it NOTcleaned for my arrival. Property manager was messaged at 737 pm, again and 1240 am with a list of all the issues and concerns , no response. Ended up cleaning it myself, had to run to Target for supplies (can show receipt). Next morning I ran out to pick up race bib from race expo, while I was there VCF's Ana entered the unit without texting, calling, emailing or notifying me at al or responding to my issuesl. I messaged them a third time on my way back to condo, first response was the PM was gonna bring me pots. I never asked for them and said don't bother. But when I got inside the pots were on the stove, she had come in without notifying me, thats a security issue. Anyway, dirty, traps full of roaches, preventing occupants things left behind no one cared to get them returned, toenail clippings on couch, door to patio doesn't lock (second security issue) and per reviews its been broken since 2019. I was upset they entered without give me a chance to pt away my valuables. I messaged owner Daniel ******** who told me to leave immediately and he will not refund the days I don't stay. After I spent 2 hours cleaning? In the middle of spring break with nowhere to go and a Disney 5k that night? He was rude, denied all issues with the place claiming no ones mentioned them. if you look at reviews, a lot of folks have. He responds to ll bad reviews by saying "we investigated and found this claim to be false and misleading". Cookie cutter denial. But the complaints all have the same issues. Filth, roaches, rude owner, non responsive property management company which is owned by the same owner. Read his reviews on all platforms and ****** his name. I booked last minute and should have done that myself but maybe I can save someone else. I had to cut my trip short and I think he should at the very least refund my first night and cleaning fee since the place was a dump. Clearly his regular business practice if you read reviews. RUN

    After further review and investigation. We've deemed this guest review to be misleading. First of all, every reservation comes with a cleanliness guarantee. We offered to come back out to the property and clean again. Our request was denied as they only wanted money back. Guest requested items brought to the unit, which we did immediately- then blamed for entering the property? We were responsive every time the guest reached out (no matter how she treated our staff). Our local property manager is and was always available should there be anything a guest needs during their stay. This is a typical, unfortunate instance in the industry we see. Where we get retaliatory reviews. When guests do not receive monetary compensation for their stay. This unit is certainly not a 1 star unit and the guest said as much in her review. We've been in the vacation rental space since 2006 and are a trusted, reputable brand in Central Florida. Why someone would want to post such a slanderous review as this is beyond me- really speaks more about the guest than our property and company. Our THOUSANDS of reviews from THOUSANDS of incredibly happy families prove this to be true. While it's a shame someone would want to post this over money. Some people do not realize we are a small, family-owned and operated business. We've been doing this for quite sometime. Which we will continue to service our guests with incredible speed and communication for many more years to come. Side note: The owner of this unit was already working on updates. With vanities and kitchen cabinets getting an update that was already scheduled for next week. We've also added these other items so our handyman can address.

    Dear BBB, please ask Mr ******* to provide proof of
    1. Me asking for pots (I did not, only one working burner on the stove what would I need more pots for)
    and
    2. Proof he offered to have someone come clean, because that also never happened. I cleaned night one, they never even responded t me until multiple messages and mid of day 2.

    I'd like to ask...exactly how many days was I supposed to stay in dirty accommodations waiting for someone to respond to messages?

    I sent 2 messages night of arrival, once at arrival 737 pm via their app after seeing the state of the place. I thought when I saw prec occupants things that perhaps they overstayed and housekeeping didnt come back. Second message I sent at 1240 am direct to Anas email after going to Target to buy more cleaning supplies and spending a long time cleaning up only to discover how bad the conditions were with the bugs and mold etc.

    Day 2 I got up and ran to the expo to grab race bib. At 1037 am I got a pop up on their hospitality app with some form letter "how are things going let us know if anything we can do to make it better". This was upsetting because I had replied to that one at check in the night before and clearly they ignored it, and my email I replied saying you havent bothered to respond to any of my previous messaged. only then after my THIRD CONTACT, nearly 11 am the day after check in did I get my first response via email from kara. It said, and I can show it to you, that she had sent my previous messaged to Ana and she was going to "Come by later to bring new pots" That was frankly bizarre. I had not asked for pots and the stove only has one fully functioning burner, so pots?Huh? I advised her I did not need pots and was on my way back into the unit to nap for my evening race and not to bother with pots, I didnt need them nor did I ask for them at any point, so bizarre. When I got in, they had already let themselves in. No hello can we stop by. And when she came in, surely she must have noticed I had cleaned the place. I sent both Ana & Kara photos of arrival condition, Neither of them EVER RESPONDED.

    He claims I was treating staff badly, how sir?In all the times they responded to messaged? That would be once out of all the ones I sent and I think anyone would be upset after arriving to that mess and getting ignored. Still all I asked for that second day was a refund on the cleaning fee which is $115 out of the 1246 I paid. That was MORE than kind and reasonable considering what I walked into and how I was treated & ignored.

    All of my reviews on VRBO as a guest are 5 stars aside from this fellows. Literally no other reviews that are under 5 stars and I use it 4-5 times. a year. Im sure the hosts will be able to draw their own conclusions. I urge people to read all of his other reviews before booking with him. You don't have to take just my word for it. Do your own research. Also he is threatening to sue ME over my 100% true and honest reviews, while he himself is leaving me bad reviews (lol you gave me one star for cleanliness after I had to clean your place thats absurd sir, guess that would mean you get negative 5 for cleanliness on that warped scale) . His response above is also false. No one asked for pots, no one offered to send a cleaner out. He also told me I was "difficult" for not wanting to "leave right now" when I had a race that night and after I did all the darn cleaning myself, and for not wanting them to come and go while I was sleeping and preparing for the races I had booked this place for. You can keep trying to bully me, but I am going to continue with my honest reviews. I have evidence, receipts, photos, screenshots to support all of it.
