    ***** at modern design started my kitchen and did not complete it. He keeps saying a piece is on back order and then I dont hear from him. He suggested I use his contractor for my backsplash and he installed it wrong and promised to fix it. He also does not respond. There are supposed to be shelves with LED lighting installed and there are none. There are also handles not installed on cabinets, unevenness and they forgot to install the dishwasher. All promised to be fixed and said to be small details.I have no way to get them to communicate with me so Im hoping filing a BBB complain will help or at least warn others to not use his company in the future. I will also be filing a complaint on his contractor as he has a separate business also.
