    Of course, this business is not BBB accredited; I know why. The owner of this company, "Chuck" Charles ***** ***, agreed to make me a gate in a week but failed to do so. He stopped answering my calls, text messages, and voicemails. I had to call him from a secondary phone to get him to answer. He told me the following lies: the gate was done, at the coater and being coated, and he would have the gate to me the next day.
    No show, would not answer, and then when he finally did, he said the coater went fishing, and he could not get my gate. Come to find out, once I threatened legal action, he agreed to bring me the gate but admitted it was not coated, which is what I paid a down payment for. He got the gate to me almost five weeks later, measuring 10 inches short. He tried saying I gave him the wrong # numbers, but when he checked his phone, he saw that I was correct and began making excuses. He tried saying I continuously changed his numbers, which is not valid. I changed the numbers twice, and he said it was OK because he had not finished making the gate. He got mad and refused to give me my down payment back. He said he would remake the gate. I agreed to this, and he texted me in a week and said my gate was ready and to have cash prepared for him. He did not show up again, no call, no text, until I told him I would seek legal action for scheming to defraud yet again. He texted me back, "**** you, and that his dad knows people with the state attorney's office. I told him to send me the information, but he never did. If he was going to speak to a customer this way, my wife and I decided he was a ******** Fraud and did not want to do business with him. I told him I no longer wanted his business and he could keep the down payment, as we did not want to deal with this guy anymore. I have text messages to support everything I wrote above and will keep them. I have much more, but can only write so much on this limited characters. Please think before you use this company.
