    Keep sending me a bill for services never rendered. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM

    Received a 'bill' in the mail from Stark Exterminators for $182.26. It is setup to look exactly like a bill but it is an advertisement. On the back at the bottom, it says "**When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic funds transfer from your account or to process as a check transaction.". If you pay the amount, I guess they will treat your home. This is deceptive and may cause people not paying attention to pay it and receive services that they do not need. That strategy right there is enough for me to never use them.

    I paid $625 up front for a termite treatment at my home. A kid showed up, did a "treatment" and was gone in 15 minutes. I called and complained. A manager came, did an inspection and said someone else would do a "treatment", They said he came but I never heard or saw anyone else.I would think for $625, a treatment would be several man-hours, not 15 minutes.
