      This this online school is complete of money. They complete scam.they wont pass you to the next grade. If you feel just one course every course is a written paper for every course followed by a test with 50 to 60 questions.And then expect the students to finish it all the time and refuse to give you your report / transcript with grades that you pay a tuition for Complete waste of money *********** needs to be shut down

      To Whom It May Concern,

      The leadership, staff and faculty have reviewed this complaint and submit the following in response:

      -Obridge Academy is not a correspondence school like many virtual school. We are accredited by ***** and adhere to their standards as well as national and state-specific standards. In doing so, the curriculum is expected to be grade-appropropriate in regard to student expectations and academic rigor. Students receive a high school diploma at the conclusion of a full program or a certified transcript, not a certificate of completion without merit. Sometimes, parents and students expect that online learning will be the easier alternaive to face-to-face schooling; however, while it does provide convenient accessibility, it is not less demanding academically.

      -Our tuition is not unreasonable; rather, it is competitive based upon the other schools within our bracket. We have staff, faculty, curriculum providers, ********** and other vendor providers to pay and therefore rely upon regular tuition payments to keep the school functioning. The services are not free.

      -The student referenced above completed 8 credits for grades 8 and 9 level work, and received their requested transcript in August ************************************************************* academic concern. See attached final correspondence between the parent and one of our Academic Advisors. 

      Please let us know if any further explanation or documentation is required.
