1 starI had a manager leave me a completely condescending voicemail after I decided to cancel the program. He was extremely pushy which led me to the decision to cancel. I happened to pick up his call unintentionally and he again tried to belittle me and incredibly rude. As someone who stated he had been a manger for quite some time it should be common knowledge on how to interact with your clients.Debthelper.com

We never want anyone to feel belittled or talked down to, in fact, that's the opposite of our intention. Counseling is a space where you can openly talk about your financial troubles and find practical solutions that make sense for what is going on in your life right now and a plan that could work for your financial future.
