5 starsI spoke with ***** during a required counseling session concerning a reverse mortgage I was pursuing.***** was patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and enjoyable to speak with on this matter.I had done my homework and it didn't take quite the entire hour we has scheduled but every issue that might arise from applying to receiving a reverse mortgage was covered.I hope anyone in my situation has so good an experience.

5 starsOur appointment was set up for 9 a.m.; however, Barbara M. had a cancellation and called to see if I could speak earlier. Of course, that was a great time-saver! She spoke clearly and slowly, confirming my understanding as she went through the information. She is knowledgeable and concise in describing the material.
