5 starsSince *** never had any experience in the past Ive not much to go on other than they seem experienced in this field . They were patient with me in not being able to do the credit counseling courses needed for bankruptcy as my free time is limited due to schedule but periodically I would receive an email reminder which I appreciated greatly. Once complete I was notified about steps following . Very professional

5 starsThis counseling service is a must and was so useful in helping me to understand the Reverse Mortgage Process and make an informed decision about how to meet my needs. The counselor was kind and addressed the questions I asked, promptly and thoroughly. The service also had links to articles and handbooks that were very informative! 3 starsSo far this company has been very easy to work with. They say all the right things and are helping me with some shady online lenders. Im still a little nervous that somehow this company is another level of scam because when I log into my account for the shady lenders, they dont show any change in my balance. ********** assured me that this is because they are mad at losing their interest payments but Im not 100% confident. Finding them on BBB website does alleviate my suspicions a little bit.Debthelper.com
