    I paid for my family and I tickets for the day. We went on one ride and was told to leave the ride due to weather. We then waited around until we were allowed to go back on. While waiting we were told to leave again. At that time we proceeded to go to the counter and ask for a pass for another day. We were told we had to wait another two hours & if we were told to leave again we would get our refund or get a day pass for another day: my family and I went to get food and decided to go back on the rides again and once again we were told to leave. When we spoke to the counter they told us there will be no refund nor pass for another day.

    After being in the park of an hour & getting to go on one ride I was told we have to leave the ride due to weather. After attempting to get another ride I was told again to leave the ride. I then went to the ********** I was told I had to wait another 2 hours. So last but not least I attempted one final time and again was told to get out. When going to the gate or a day pass i was told I am not allowed and there will not be any refund.

    Hello, i currently sent an email to ******************************** I'm just using this outlet as well to make sure my issue gets resolved in a timely matter and to the highest authority. Its about the offer you have on *************** for 50 percent off up to four people. I called because I like to plan ahead. I was getting a that offer is very old, which seems a little bit of a stretch since the website has need updated in the past year. its up to the marketing manager to keep up with what deals are out there. I'm just trying to use what is out there for me a member of the hospitality world and i did pay for the membership. so as good faith i would like to be able to purchase three tickets half off. now if you want to decline any future discounts with this that is fine i understand maybe the marketing team needs to reach out and make sure of of the ***** members don't use the offer again. but I've been going to rapids since i was a kid and even supported you guys when you first reopened during covid. thank you for your time.

    - Date Jul/29/2023 - Amount pay $178,16 - The main attraction was closed due to construction. The website does not inform it at the park entrance, nor does it inform it. For a family of 5 people it is a very big expense and not receiving the full service is a lie.- I try to make the claim with a lady who is the manager of the ticket office, and she had a rude and discriminatory attitude, probably because we have Latino roots and our English is our second language.

    Hi there,

    Because I am picking up this aged complaint, I wanted the BBB to have reference that our website does state which attractions were closed for construction and has all season. ***************************************************************;

    Further, regarding our Operations Manager being accused of being discriminatory, I can assure you this is not the case and we value the ****************** here at our Park. Our policy, as stated on our website and tickets is no refunds. However, in the case of this guest I will get back to them and offer them complimentary tickets for the **** season to return on the day of their choice due to the delay in response from our admin staff.

    We apologize that the customer was not aware of the construction in Rapids at the time of their visit, this was advertised on our website and is still visible on the attractions pages **********************************************************. I have also followed up directly with our admissions staff and can assure you that the no refund policy is enforced across the board, regardless of ethnicity. However, due to the disappointment and our team's delay in follow up, I'd like to offer 5 complimentary tickets for the family to return for the **** season, which opens on March 9, ****. This way they can enjoy the new attraction Mega Mayhem, which was under construction at the time of their visit, and the lazy river and tubin tornados, which were impacted by the new construction. If that offer is accepted we will mail the tickets to the address provided.
