Blue Dolphin installed my system when they started my servicing a few years ago. I never touched it. Only their/my weekly pool servicing man had access to it, so he must have broke it.
After Blue Dolphin made the first repair, (I authorized could be accomplished) the pool began leaking. I let Blue Dolphin know that whatever their pool repairman had done caused the pool to begin loosing water, they never set up an appointment with me. I found a man I did not know, in my yard messing with my pool equipment. He never came to my door to identify himself and let me know he was entering my yard. He informed me there was something new broken. That is when I told him no further repairs were to be done because the pool was going to be remodeled. I never received an estimate or invoice from Blue Dolphin for further repair they were now saying needed to be done. I never authorized it.
Was the first part mistakenly repaired, if now they are finding something else wrong? The pool had been working fine before the first repair was done. I uneasily feel their repair  people purposefully caused problems in my system to collect extra money from me..
Now Blue Dolphin has seized to send my weekly pool service person to my home all month. I wrote them an Email and message to let them know I am officially stopping further monthly automatic payments to them because I am no longer getting weekly pool cleaning service. I will be reporting this matter to the city licensing department, Better Business Bureau and will be leaving reviews wherever I can to let other people know to be aware of their unscrupulous business practices.
It is terrible they would do this to me because I was a long time customer, never complained both times they raised my rates, and had just left a shining review for my pool cleaning service that I will now retract and rewrite.
