    We initially set up this service back in Oct. 2024. We requested to pay in full, for the year, for all 3 services. We were also told that someone from the office would give us our "actual total" before charging our card and about that it would be about $1000. Over the next few days, 3 technicians showed up to my home to start our services (the termite guy went to the wrong house and installed almost all of the bait stations, before I happened to see him through a window and let him know he was at the wrong house). We also received 3 separate charges to our credit card that week. Since then, I have spoken to several different employees, at varying levels to try and get this resolved. The last person, a ************* Administrator named ******* ******, on 11/18 assured me that she would get everything with the account cleared up. On that date, I authorized a 1 time charge for what was my remaining balance, at that time. 3 days later, my card was charged again for a totally different amount. To date, we have had 8 total transactions hit our card and NONE of them are for the correct amount. Per ******* on 10/22/2024 our total for all 3 services, for the year, were to total $1094.40. Debits to CC: $75 10/15, $499 10/15, $150 10/18, $25 11/3, $30 11/3, $370.40 11/21. Credits to CC: $75 11/5, $499 11/5.

    In Sept 2023 Purcor treated my St. ********* grass with the wrong pesticide and killed areas of it. They admitted it, as the dead grass stopped at both of my neighbors' property lines. Turns out 6 other homes had this happen. on 10/4/23 I spoke with ****. He said they would treat it with nitrogen and if it didn't come back they would replace it with sod. on 12/13/23 **** said their insurance approved it, but it might take a month because they are 'short on help and there are 6 other houses ahead of you'. On 2/14/24 **** himself put some plugs in instead of sod. He ran short and said he would be back next week to finish. He still hasn't finished. On 3/13/24 I received a sales call from Purcor. I explained my situation and was told Branch administrator **** would contact me. I met with **** on 4/3/24. He said they must spray and kill the weeds/grass that had grown in where it used to be St. Augustine grass; and that they would place sod in the front, and plugs in the back and by the sidewalk. They would also 'do what they could' on the side as he believed there wasn't enough sunlight. There would be no charges and techs would take photos every 2 weeks. On 4/8 **** returned with *****. I was told they are not going to despite ****'s assessment. This upset me. They eventually sprayed and said 'see you in 2 weeks.' They didn't return.On 5/28/24 I received an automated call for regular service the next day. I called back and asked to speak with any manager besides ****. Nothing. ***** showed up on 5/29/24 and sprayed 'for nourishment only'. He said he was told not to kill the grass. It has been 10 MONTHS and my situation is still not resolved. I find it ironic that the company I paid to maintain my lawn killed it. What is unacceptable is that they still have not fixed it. I have heard countless promises, but no follow through. It has gotten to the point that I don't believe anything Purcor says. Hopefully you can get them to repair the lawn as they initially stated.

    This business is billing me for services illegally. I never signed a recurring contract with them for exclusion renewal. I signed a one-year contract with ***************************, for a warranty on work they did for me. Which was mandatory for the pest exclusion work they did. I never agreed to a recurring exclusion renewal. I do not even own this property anymore and ******* knew I was in the process of selling this property and would not be needing any further services with them. I sold this property in January 2022. I never received any renewal notices from Purcor. In August of 2023 I received a bill from Purcor for $180.00. I sent an email to Purcor customer service on August 18 to request these charges be reversed and I explained all of this to them in the email. Their response was that they could not process my request. I would like these charges revered. immediately. I would like to see proof of a signed contract with them. The account # on my bill is ******.

    This is a follow-up on Complaint # ******** that I filed against Purcor on 9/12/2023. At that time ********************* response to my complaint was that Purcor would cancel my account. I found this satisfactory and the complaint was closed. This was a lie. My account has not been closed and I continue to be billed. I request that this matter be settled immediately and that this company stop billing me for these services I never received from them.
