      I purchased a snake on July 14th. On July 24th i reached out to the business stating the reptile was acting sickly, had diarrhea and was not eating. I was worried about spreading illness to my other animals. I was told they were not able to do anything. On July 25th, I reached back out after finding the reptile deceased after doing my daily checks on them. I was told, again, there was nothing they could do, that it was my fault, and the best they could do is sell me another animal. i asked why i would want another sick animal and **** began to **** telling me thats all hes willing to do and then abruptly stated he had to go and hung up the phone on me. I purchased the reptile for $300 plus tax and would like at the very least, a half cost refund and an apology.

      I tried to buy a fish for my collection at the Foster's Exotic Pet Centers, Inc. located in Port Richey, FL 34668, on 01/02/2022. I was looking around the aquariums they have so I can purchase a specific fish for my collection. When I located the one I needed, I asked for someone that works in the store to help me to help me. The associate was not that pleasant to help me on her tone of voice she used and told me that will be there shortly. The associate came within few minutes and I showed the one fish I needed, but there was no price anywhere written on the aquarium. I asked the associate how much this fish costs and she replied, "around $15 dollars". She then said, "I'm going to check how much this fish costs". So, she left and came back with a price of $20 dollars. I applied to her that I could pay $15 since the price is not written on the aquarium, and her response was "no, I can't go any lower than that". I explained that since there is no price I'll take it for $15. Again, she refused my offer. I asked to speak to the Owner or the Manager and waited for the manager on the counter. I told the manager the same thing, about the price not being properly displayed on the aquarium and that the associates (I also asked another associate in the store and the reply was around $15 dollars) in the beginning said that costs around $15, to satisfy my offer because of their error and her response was ultimate and without even trying to correct the problem and only finding bunch of excuses to back the associate and their mistakes. I am very dissatisfied and unpleasant for this experience I had this day to this store.
