    On 1/19/2020 my husband broke down on the side of I4 and progressive dispatched towpros and they took over 3.5 hours after quoting progressive ***** minutes. We paid $135 for the towing fee and the driver was belligerent and rude. He was aggressive towards my husband and his car. The driver threatened to beat his a** talking about my husband and threw my husbands car keys at his car and continued to unload my husbands car from the truck aggressively and as a result of that my husbands car has damages to the paint. The manager of the company said no result will come from this and they refuse to fix the damages.

    We provided a towing service to this customer that was paid for by their insurance company. During the service the customer took multiple videos that I've seen that does not show our diver being hostile toward them at any time during the recordings. When we dropped the vehicle off at the customer's home, they were constantly talking to our driver and hovering over them. Our Driver successfully dropped their car after the customer wanted where it was being dropped changed. Unfortunately we are unable to determine where the damage came from that the customer is referencing so we are unable to accept responsibility for the small amount of cosmetic damage their car's body has and recommend they submit a claim with their insurance company.
