      I had to get a new debit card due to fraudulent charges. I was 2 days late on my payment, and they harassed me nonstop. I even had a man text me saying he would come out to my house and take my car. Mind you, it is a holiday weekend too! Absolutely ridiculous.

      I purchased my Falken Wildpeak at RNR Tire Express last year. That was the STUPIDEST move after canceling my purchase at Discount Tires. They told me that after my year was done, I would be able to purchase the renewal of the roads side assistance. I showed up today and they didn't just LIE about that, but come to find out, my tires also no longer have warranty on them! I said to the manager "so you're telling me if the tire has a hole, and you can't fix it, I would have to pay the full amount for a new tire when it was only supposed to be $50"? He said YES! In that case I would have bought them at Discount Tire where the warranty their tires for almost the lifetime of the tire. "Yes they do, they have great warranty on their tires" he responded! ?? I was so angry at the lies they give ?? just to get people to purchase! I will NEVER buy there again, and I will remain a loyal customer to Discount Tire!

      I have a payment plan set up with RNR and they are threatening criminal charges, which by the way is illegal. All they can do is sue me for what I owe! The last is very disrespectful and very controlling, the way she was texting me was very unprofessional and rude! Someone needs to talk to this lady! Her name is Lexi!

      I recently returned tires to RNR and they have not returned my personal wheels from my vehicle. I keep getting the runaround and they blocked my phone number. I was supposed to receive them today but I have not seen them be delivered to my home address.

      I initially purchased 4 tires for my *****. I paid them off in the ***** period which was like 120 days I think. Had no problems with them. So I purchased another set for another car of mine. Again in the beginning no issues. On my 3rd set of tires is when I started to receive issues with them. My pays changed so I was trying to get on a bi weekly schedule vs weekly. In the beginning they said they would work with me. Then I started receiving messages saying they was in my area to repo my tires. I called and flipped they said no there not coming to get my tires. So after a week of dealing with this I said I would just figure out the weekly payment because Im tired of being threatened of having my tires repossessed. Also they was suppose to do alignments and my car pulled so bad that I had to pay another shop to align my car.. if u are 6 days behind they threaten to come and get your tires. Unfair that we are paying more than what these tires are worth and have had to 2 tires switched out all ready. They say if they repo your tires then they will sue you for the total balance of tires plus court fees. They will not help you and as a consumer we have no rights. This company can threaten you all they want. Corporate doesnt call you back at all. I left a message over 4 months ago. They say they work with you and they dont its a lie. They tell you what they want to tell you just to get you to purchase. I have more complaints about this company cant fit it all on here. Can something be done about this company?

      The manager was very disrespectful when i told him I started a new job and that I would need double up payment because I’m now being paid biweekly and He had the audacity to tell me to go Door Dash to a loyal customer that haddock kept account up to date I don’t think I’m likely to shop there again East Ridge location

      Bought four brand new tires in March to them got flat tires I bought another set of tires a few months ago I had I got a nail in it today 12:28-24 I have a screw in it I've spent over $1,000 on tires in less than 10 months they told me they sold me the best tires when I came in to see if they could fix it their office hours say till 7:00 I got here at 6:15 and they were already closed but the door was open so I went in and I told him and he remembered who I was and he told me that it wasn't his fault that I was running over nails and screws so now I'm sitting in his parking lot waiting for a tow truck to change my tire to the spare but all this time the business is supposed to be open but yet he's closed he tells me to come in tomorrow morning when they open. Do not buy tires from here they're complete ripoffs

      Horrible Company I advise anyone not to shop with them at all. Managers think they can talk to you any kind of way. I will never buy anything from them not even air if I needed it worse tire place ever need to have better customer service. I hate it make you pick a star in my eyes they don’t deserve a ****.

      My brother had an account with R&R of Baton Rouge. His truck broke down and he could no longer afford the tires. They said they were coming to get them. Fine, that was for the best as they are way overpriced anyway. His truck was parked in my driveway after breaking down. Two automotive professionals came to take the tires off and left the truck on blocks. Again, understood its a business. Heres my issue. These professionals left a 9000 lb work truck, fully loaded with tools on the worst made cinder blocks made. Within 15 minutes of blocking it, the front blocks turned basically into powder and the truck was in the ground. *****, the manager seemed perfectly fine with this, no matter whether it could have fallen on my children or any other children getting off the THREE buses that drop off near my house. His response was well did it fall on someone? This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. ***** needs to learn the correct skills to work in the automotive industry or move on. Regardless of my brothers account status, that truck is in MY yard and was left completely unstable. Not to mention damage to all 4 rotors and lugs just thrown about in the gravel. Its all been documented on security cameras and photos. Again, I understand its a business, but there is blatant disregard for safety that I feel will never be addressed until a vehicle actually falls on someone due to their own negligence.

      The worst rude, ***** stealing, cheating, lying, *********, avoiding accountably set of people to run a business in Dothan Al. RNR. They need to be closed down.
