            I have to give one star due to the fact that you can't give zero stars. I want to address issues with the kitchen in the assisted living side. They do not follow the safe-serv requirements. They to issue with an employee ( now former employee) for wearing gloves while preparing food and rolling the silverware. I am surprised that someone has gotten food poisoning. Please do not put your relatives in the assisted living part. The management yells at the residents when they complain about maintanence. Beware.

            We have 87 assisted living clients and no one has had food poisoning that I know of, if a staff member is not following safety protocols they are reprimanded and redirected to be safety conscious and follow all safety protocols. To my knowledge no employee has ever been reprimanded for following safety protocols while rolling silverware or preparing food with gloves on, that is how it should be done. I beleive this review was subbmitted by a disgruntled private resident who didn't receive the answer she wanted from our Rocky Creek Staff. Joseoph J. ***** Jr. Administrator RCV

            This did not come from a disgruntled private resident. This came from a former kitchen employee. The higher ups in the kitchen create a hostile work environment. Whenever an employee speaks to the residents about the kitchen and being reprimanded or harassed the residents always say the same name of the staff who creates the hostile work environment. Nothing is ever done to her. She does get on employees for wearing gloves because they cost about $50.00/box.
