      On ***** 7 2025, I hired the company (First Class Moving Systems) to move my items from a storage unit to my apartment. The move was quoted at $550, I had used this company in November of 2024 and the quote I received was $400 for the same items over a longer distance. This raised a red flag, so I reached out to ***** **********, the person coordinating my move and she informed me that the difference was due to ***** being in their peak season. I was quoted for 3 hours of labor and 1 hour of travel, when I used this company in November I was quoted for 2 hours of labor and 1 hour of travel. I knew this job would not take 3 hours but ***** assured me that it was only an estimate and that I would be charged based on the actual length of the move.Initially, I was told that I would have to pay $100 deposit and I would receive a a final invoice once the move was completed--which is what I experienced in November. On the day of the move, ***** told me to expect the movers between 10 AM and 12 PM, The moving crew called me at 8:50 AM and told me that they were close, they were operating on a window between 8 AM and 10 AM.. Fortunately, I was ready and met them at the storage unit and we began the move at 9:00 AM.When we arrived at the apartment, with my items loaded on their truck, I was told that I would have to pay the remainder of what I was quoted in order to complete the move. I was blindsided, but it felt like I had no choice at that time. I spoke to ***** and she assured me that if my move did not take as long as I was quoted, then I would be refunded the difference once I received the final invoice. The move was completed before 11:00, less than 2 hours after it began. As of this moment, I am yet to receive the final invoice. I have spoked to ***** three times since, each time she told me that she would reach out to accounting and call me back.

      I hired this moving company to pick up and ship my personal items to ** from fla due to a personal seperation. I was quoted over 4000$. Upon my drivers arrival, he did not have the itemized list, I was told he would. This list was the weight my pricing was based on. I called my driver and he only had 19 pieces, had no idea about my itemized list, and my large prices of furniture were left behind. When I contacted them, ***** informed me that the drivers were not responsible for the item thru the list. I was told by ***** that the list will be provided to the driver, considering the circumstances. I requested a new quote, and was told no???I have email correspondence reguarding what I was told above. The driver is, thank God, fighting for me with the hirer *** to help me with these issues. ***** screwed up my move from the beginning, saying I was moving to ****. I should have changed companies then.Dealing with the office personnel has been a nightmare. I know a relative of the owner, and really wanted to give them a chance. Pretty bad that the driver is the only one who agrees.I want a refund. IN FULL.

      We could not due a survey on the items shipping. This shipment was a divorce situation, and we did not have access and ****************** was not at origin.

      The estimate was sold as a ****lb minimum. It could be more or less but per the terms of the estimate billing would be a minimum of ****lbs, which is what she paid for a ****lb shipment.

      ****************** stated that we didnt take some of the items she requested. However, ****************** was not at origin, and we were at the mercy of the releasing party, there was also supposed to be police officers upon our arrival, they were not there.

      We will not put our drivers in any ***** way disputing on items that we should be taking they would only release the items that were delivered to *******************  This was a difficult situation and we are sorry that ******************* was not happy with our services but we could only do what we could under the circumstances.  If she had been there or had the Police there as she indicated, then we would have been able to take the items she wanted  on her list.  We delivered what she paid for, which was **********************.

      I am rejecting this response because: this was NOT ****lbs of items. 12 boxes, a desk and a couple odds and ends. I was missing my bed and my patio. 

      I was told by ***** that the driver was to have the itemized list, and he didnt. The price was based on ALL the items, not some. 

      Also, when I called to Express my disappointment that the driver was not given the list, I was told his supervisor was to be asked. I got no call back. 

      Over ****$ for this little bit of my items. 

      not sure why you would think I'd put **** in harm's way, driver. He was absolutely wonderful, and honest, and so kind. It waa not his fault that he wasnt given the list.

      All the emails of my inquiries should be on your computers.

      I want a refund, or I am contacting my lawyer and going public. 

      horrible customer service and lack of communication is not the customer's fault or the drivers.

      You are now also causing me to go to small claims court w my ex as well as court fees and lawyer fees.
