I would give this place zero stars if I can. You can find better places out there. I am glad I have stopped going there months ago. 6 months later, I saw a charge on my account without any warning that they were going to charge me for the monthly subscription ( which I regret not cancelling it sooner) They have been billing me for 2 months now and I have reached out to their "manager" ****** and said she was going to take care of it. I have filed multiple disputes with my bank regarding these transactions. They dont care about their clients. Have sent them multiple emails and left multiple voicemails but no one has reached out to me. I dont see why they cant because I am for sure theyre not that busy, with this kind of customer service I can tell their days are numbered. Save your self the trouble I am in right now. Dont come to this place!!!!!!! They are SCAMMERS! 4 months down the road I am still dealing with transaction disputes w/ these scammers because they wont refund me for the service they didnt provide. Save yourself trouble, go somewhere else!!Ideal Image

My experience at the ************************************ seems to be in sharp contrast to the other reviews that I have seen below. Ms. ********* at the *************** store was very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining the cool sculpting procedure and the possible risks and side effects that can occur. I was initially very interested in getting this procedure done to minimize my belly pouch. After consulting with family and my doctor I found that I was not an ideal candidate for such a procedure. When I shared my concerns with Ms. ********* she was very empathetic and reassured me that they did not want me to undergo a procedure I was now uncomfortable doing. She remained in constant contact with me and followed through on everything she said she would do. Thank you Ms. ********* and Ideal ImageIdeal Image

1 starI was interested in cool sculpting and even took a loan out thru Ideal Image so I could get it done. I had no idea that you couldnt cancel that loan unless it was in 3 days from when I did the consultation etc, my appointment was well over a month away, I called about a week later because some financial situations came up to where I could not continue the loan or pay the monthly amount, (the first payment was due in a month) and my appointment was a while a way. They said theres nothing they can do and I still have to pay even though I am no longer going to receive the treatment due to financial issues. 1 starI write this review very heavily because I am a very cautious a careful person. I have felt the need to write about how terrible my recent overall experience has been with the service and results. My experience of Coolsculpting was far below what I had anticipated, especially considering the reputation that Ideal Image claims about this service. My hope is to prevent others from going through the same disappointment I did. (Review shortened b/c of the brevity of space)Results (or Lack Thereof):When I first inquired about CoolSculpting, I was assured that I would see noticeable results within a few weeks. After a few months, I saw absolutely no significant change. I even followed up with the clinic regarding the lack of results, but my concerns were overall ignored. It feels as though my satisfaction has not been a priority, and Ive been given vague responses that don't provide any real answers. Considering the hefty price tag for the procedure, the lack of results has left me feeling incredibly disappointed in this company.Conclusion:Overall, my experience with Ideal Image for CoolSculpting was a complete disappointment. From the rushed consultation to the lack of post-care and the non-existent results, I cannot in good conscience recommend Ideal image to anyone seeking CoolSculpting or any other cosmetic procedure. The lack of professionalism, customer service, and transparency is simply unacceptable. I feel as though I wasted both my time and money on a service that was promised to deliver visible results but did not live up to expectations at all. DO NOT GO TO IDEAL IMAGE SCAMMERS WHO RUINED MY FACE If i could give this place negative stars i would! I wish I had never set foot in Ideal Image. I paid $1,500 for laser hair removal, expecting professional service, but instead, I was left worse off than when I started. My skin was damaged, and instead of taking responsibility, they refused to fix their mistake unless I paid even more money. When I first signed up, I was told that free touch-ups were part of the package. That was a complete lie. The moment something went wrong, their attitude changed. They didnt care that they ruined my faceall they cared about was squeezing more money out of me. No refund, no courtesy, nothing but gaslighting and ******** warning everyone: DO NOT TRUST IDEAL IMAGE. They will take your money, damage your skin, and then disappear when you need them to take responsibility. This is the worst med spa I have ever dealt with, and I will make sure as many people as possible know about their scam ************ your money, your skin, and your sanitygo anywhere else.Ideal Image

I spent so much money on laser hair removal on my face but its all wasted. I still have the same growth on face that I have before the treatments. Very dissatisfied and not recommended.Ideal Image

We cannot control the growth of other hair due to hormonal changes and light hairs are not responsive to laser hair removal due to lack of pigmentation at the root of the hair. Medications, Vitamins,and supplements can affect the growth of hair.

1 starSTOP AND READ ????????I have been dealing with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a package after a zoom consultation with ******* Unfortunately, 3 days later I received very bad news from my Dr. ** health issues made it impossible to carry on with treatment with Ideal Image. They were told all of this. They refuse to return my almost $3,000 and refuse to tell me how to even access it. This company and this situation should come as a real warning. Worst place Ive ever been for service. They take all your money up front and will keep it even if your experience is a bad one. I experienced unwanted results after cool sculpting and did not wish to finish my sessions. I was in so much pain and now I cannot control my bladder because I had my abdomen treated. Im scared because this is happening and my doctor doesnt even know what to do or say. All I wanted was my money back for services not rendered. But forget it. Theyll make you sign something that allows them to charge you even if you dont complete service. Please, do not go there. It was a miserable experience. Go somewhere else. Theres plenty of good places that will do Cool Sculpting. I cant even get a manager to call me back. Dont make the same mistake I did. Im just being completely honest.Ideal Image

1 starI was ************* against. I showed up for my appointment, sat in the lobby, and sneezed. They asked if I felt okay and I said yes and made a joke about pollen and seasonal allergies. They then told me I had to be rescheduled. They said I was sick because I sneezed one time., I asked to speak to the manager who came out and was sniffling while telling me that this is their policy! I asked for a copy of the policy and when they stated that they couldnt provide it, then I asked for their names as I planned to address the issues and the fact that I was being ************* against. They then stated that they didnt have to give me a copy of their policy and that I could call customer service and that they were refusing treatment because I was combative by asking for their names and policies. I was ******% ************* against and harassed by the **, Manager, and Receptionist. This is a HORRIBLE business and I will report over and over again until these individuals are addressed.
