    August 18, 2025, I shipped an urgent next day air envelope form The UPS store #7069 in *****, ** Amount of money paid USD52,54 for next day air service. What the business committed to provide: Guaranteed delivery by August 19, 2025, at 4:30 pm in **************Nature of the dispute:The package was delivered on ******* 21, 2025, two full days late, in addition, *** recorded a false delivery scan on ******* 19, which is very serious. This shipment contained a time-sensitive government document, and the delay caused serious inconvenience, stress, and unnecessary travel expenses for my family.Whether the business has tried to resolve the problem: I have contacted The UPS store #7069 and *** Corporate multiples times. Each side blames the other, leaving me without a refund or a claim number. The *** claims portal states that only the store can submit the guaranteed service refund (GSR), yet the store has denied responsibility and refused to act. *** Corporate keeps redirecting me back to the store.

    On 2/12/2024 I took a cellphone and charger to be mailed to *********** to this store. The store boxed, labeled and shipped my package, then on 2/15/2024 my package was returned to sender (me) for "Returning to Sender A hazardous materials irregularity occurred with this package. We'll contact the sender with additional information. / The package will be returned to the sender.************, **, *************" Now the store is unable to refund me the money for a service they failed to provide, and they are unable to start a claim either. Corporate has been horrible as well and no one is able to process a refund for lack of services provided.

    Store will not cooperate with me regarding the results of a damage claim inspection. This, after I found out they never forwarded my claim and accompanying evidence to the ************************ (which I did myself). Now it is the this store that must correspond with me re: the results of the inspection, but they will not cooperate with me any time I call to inquire, which has been 3 times now. The ************************ also refuses to communicate with me as to the results of the inspection.
