              Within two weeks of using the serum, shampoo and conditioner, my hair dried out very badly and felt like a pile of straw. Within four weeks, it was untenable, and so damaged that my hair stylist had to cut 2.5 inches off of the length. Additionally, they do not make it easy to cancel the subscription. You cannot cancel it online and have to call the company. There are two options: one for existing customers and another for new customers. The option for existing customers went to a voicemail and it was impossible to get a human on the phone to cancel it. I tried calling five times. I had to opt for the new customer option in order to get a human on the phone to cancel my subscription. After $220 dollars and losing 2.5 inches of length because of damage in just four weeks, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product at all.

              If zero stars were allowed, that would be what I would rate them. I used the product one night and it caused sleeplessness, headache, and ringing in ear. I requested to return and get a refund and was promptly told that it was "custom" made for me and non refundable. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company.

              Hi there, we are sincerely sorry to hear about your experience after one use of Extract. We take each concern seriously and do everything we can to help in order to address these situations regarding the Extract and/or any possible reaction.

              Kindly note, Extract does not have any systemic side effects. All ingredients are derived from botanicals as well as some constituents from cow's milk, as stated on our site. From what you have described, this does not seem to be something that would be directly caused from the Extract. In this case specifically, we advise connecting with your physician about what may have contributed to your symptoms. Additionally, we would love to extend a complimentary consultation with one of our Hair Specialists to assist with addressing any questions or concerns regarding your Extract.
