    This company has some shady tactics. They sent a blind *** alignment request to my training site. When I called to inquire about it they pretended like they didn't do it. When I asked to speak to the training site coordinator by name they said he didn't work there which is a lie because he is also on file with them with the AHA. They then hung up when I called them out. I called back and they left me on hold forever and then said someone would call me back and I should have an email to respond to. I do not have an email from them. I have now seen plenty complaints against them for taking peoples money for certification class and then cancelling the class. I guess their new scam is to align with different TS/TC and issue fraudulent cards! Consumers please be ware!
