    My problem is the rude employee and the breach of contract agreement she didnt send no tow truck after I paid and she knows it because she had an attitude during the call making me miss work and wait 6 hours is very unfair

    i was booted at 1 am, did not get my boot off till 630am, no one was on site, broward sherriff officers had to assist me twice as we were all baffled, at 330 someone lied they were going to take off to me and the cop and never showed up till 630 am, i could only pay cash, business cant even give a receipt, gave me a hand written note and the person who showed up was in a car not even from company who actually booted me and tried to charge me more than what was on the notice they left

    This company came out to a residence i was visiting. They booted my vehicle while i was in a qualified parking spot. I was booted a week before and the *** booted the vehicle while I was standing right in front of him. Im being financially harassed due to the type of vehicle i have. Once the boot was placed on my vehicle It took 2 hours for someone to come and remove it.

    My vehicle was towed from my place of residence for not having a pass on 12/6/2022. A pass was indeed in the car however it was not visible. Prior to the car being towed it had no damage, but when I inspected the vehicle after ******** Employees gave me access to it, damage was done and a lot of the error sensor lights were on. After advising them about the damages they proceeded to forcefully drive the vehicle off of their holding property, and onto the front of their property & leaving it Running for an hour plus & going back inside the office ignoring me. At this point, the employees grew irate with the fact that they had damaged the vehicle. A Guy that stood as tall as 6 foot and weighed in at least 300 pounds, proceeded to scream and yell in my face. Not only frightening me but my sister as well. Not only was I in fear for standing up for myself and vehicle, but I was not treated kindly or how anyone especially a vehicle owner, whos paid the tow fine, should be treated. I then was verbally abused again to move the now damaged vehicle off of the property, once I refused and kindly requested the employee whod moved the vehicle where it was, to move it back, the police were called. They advised I take the company TowMaxx Towing, to court. Every employee refused to help or give any information. I asked for the owners information, every employee declined, asking me to leave the office of the property by screaming get the f*** out, advising that I was being extra and to move the f****** car, move the f****** ****, He proceeded to tell me I didnt need to know any of the business information. They also threatened to impound the car again if I hadnt moved it from where their employee drove it and parked it. The manager never even got out the Tow truck to greet me or attempt To solve the issue. Even after asking him to come out of the tow truck and assist me in a calm manner, he refused and advised I moved the vehicle or be impounded again. Please help.

    on the property you must have your pass on the car they know that

    car would not been tow if he had the parking pass on the car .

    the pass must be visible at all time when park on the property

    he did not what to pay for his car

    WE WAS NOT RUDE TO HIM
