      This business **** me a refund and has emailed that they dont have funds to process it. At this point, they arent responding to the refund requests.

      Customer cancelled contract after sign and deposit payment. We didn't charge the 30% of penalty for breach of contract. Customer and R ********************** agreed on doing a job for the amount of the $8,240.00 at completion in a different jobsite. Customer paid us same amount to cover travel expenses and employee payroll.  We informed customer the method of the repayment of 4 installments and we will proceed with that. We are compromised for a full refund of the $8,240.00 in 4 installments of $2,060.00 . We informed customer about the plan back in July 2025. We are interested in full repayment of the amount owe as follows. R Solution doesn't have bad intentions of ignore our compromise with customer. Since we work with projects, as soon as completion of project that we have on hand, we will start making payments as mentioned.

      This mentions they want to refund the money, but apparently don't have it.  We will accept this if the company makes the payments as planned.  I don't trust that they will be honest here and make these repayments that they owe us.

      I hired this company in June 2024 to do work in my kitchen. This company lead me to believe that they were professional and even supposably showed pictures of their work. which was bogues. I wanted my kitchen upgraded but they down graded it. The that they did was messy and the workers were not professional and I don't believe that they were certified to do the work that they did. They really messed up kitchen. I excepted the messy to get them out of my kitchen and they put in lights under my cabinets and on one side the lights start to blink on and off after being on for about a couple of hours then every 5 to 10 minutes. I have called them numerous time to fix it and they will not come to fix it. They lie and say they will come out but thy don't show up. I have numerous text message with their lies. I notified them starting Jul 22 and I have sent them message after message and they refuse to fix the problem, July 24, August, 13, August 22, September 4, September 5,September 28, Oct 1, Oct 2, Oct 7, Oct 26, They will not correct this and I will have to get someone to fix this and I don't know what it will cost because they are put up so sloppy. This company should not be in business because this company lie and are not professional. I want my kitchen fixed

      From the beginning of the contract, what was written was complied with to the letter. We were very careful, day by day, with the cleanliness and kindness of *** *** **** ******. We did our job in record time, even contemplating setbacks. We did the job to the *****s' satisfaction and exceeded their expectations. I have attached photographs so you can see a before and after. However, we understand that on two occasions we had to go to give guarantee for the only complaint, a lamp under the cabinet that did not work (NOTE: it is important to note that our job, as described in the contract, was to assemble china and in no way At the time the complaint was said work) The two visits that technicians made, there was no failure regarding what she mentioned and we decided to make an offer of giving her $200.00 so that she could resolve it. The electricity costs $30.00 and we still decided to give him more money for his bad time. It is good to highlight that the work we did was quality and more than expected. Additionally, we are still open to sending a third technician to fix the situation you have with the light.

      I am rejecting this response because:  The light that was placed under my counter clicks on and off after being on for a while and they have said that they will come out to replace it on many text messages and they won't came and replace it  I will forward those text messages shortly  I notified them of this right after they put the lights in

      I am rejecting this response because: Until my kitchen lights are fixed I do not except this companies respond because they have lied so many times that they would fix it as you see in the text message and I can't trust that they will do anything until it is done.  Until something is done.  I don't want this closed until it is fixed
