    I purchased an over night delivery for one small package that weighed less than one half pound to be delivered in ******** ******* ! This was last Wednesday February 8 at about 747 am! I was told its guaranteed to be delivered by mext day February 9 by 10:00 am! I went to the ups store this morning February 13 and asked if they could tell me where this package is? Response was " I dont do that" ! Then I wanted to negotiate the charge?? Response was we cant controll the weather!. Understanding this I felt it was fair to simply charge me for ground delivery refunding the remaining charge! I finally found the official track and this package has been in Tennessee, kentucky and I think it got to Atlanta Saturday February 11! My wifes tracking said it actually went to Atlanta before the two other states?? I do feel like I should be compensated for the overnight charge I incurred which wad over 100 dollars!

    I made contact with UPS corporate and was told that because of the weather/ act of God, we gave no claim. Also, all packages go to the central warehouse in KY. Corporate was helpful with the second package which they lost. 

    The original complaint also specified that an employee was not helpful and unconcerned about giving assistance. And when that was communicated to her, she screamed harassment and to threatened to call the police. We will never use UPS Lake Ella office again. 

    So I guess I could say they issue is resolved. As there is no further action I can take. It's an expensive lesson for $115.
