    Delivery driving pays less than minimum wage and withholds paychecks. Delivery driver contract work that pays $1.70 per package and you get about 25 packages a day on average. After two hours of being in the warehouse and delivering your packages, you end up making a total of $10 an hour before gas and wearing tear on your car is taken into consideration. He keeps hiring even though he cant give his delivery people more than 25 packages a day. Horrible temper, unprofessional, and involves his staff in conversations that staff should not be privy too. Talks about his drivers with other people in warehouse defaming their character. On pay day, if he has any issues with you, he will withhold your check as a form of payback even though its highly illegal. Sends checks through Cash app, but dont upset him because then you just wont get a check.
