BEWARE - Coastline Pool Service does sloppy unsupervised work with NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL! For $11,000 you would expect a pool remodel done to perfection...but not this company! Every step of the way there was something else done wrong!. Do your own research and see all the similar stories and photos of this company's pool-remodeling "gone wrong" found on YELP! ***** ********'* COMMUNICATION is AWFUL, and he will block your cell phone number if you complain,.. you can ONLY email him! ***** likes to point fingers at everyone else for the sloppy work, saying oh you signed this and said it was o.k.! His sidekick secretary, ****** is quick to collect payment the following day and she will talk over you rudely on the phone ... a new skimmer box was installed crooked, ***** says "don't worry it will look great"!!..Pool tile not level (all the way around the pool) which you can clearly see by the water line, when the pool is full. Pool coping corners originally cut crooked (had to have the pieces cut straight by another company), tile inside skimmer box put on sloppy, Diamond Bright all over pool tile, Diamond Bright inside pool smeared on sloppy, with trowel marks left all over the wall, a leaking pool pump which I paid extra for to set up, a broken return line caused by the "chip out", which (I had to drain my pool again), and have it repaired by RED RHINO a reputable company, that included a full report with photos of the damage. ***** says he did his own leak detection (it was never discussed with me to do so) and after many requests ,he refuses to pay for the repair.. the list goes on and on... chemicals added and then lost when I had to re-drain the pool to fix the leak.. ***** says NOT RESPONSIBLE for anything! After many complaints, ***** sends his guy back to my house , telling the guy that I still owe him money, (a total lie) in order to get him to do the work and remove Diamond Bright from the pool tile. ***** ******** is definitely NOT a stand up guy..
