    On May 7, 2022, I paid Mr Window Blinds a deposit of over 5,000 dollars for indoor shutters . After receiving one excuse after another of why they haven’t ordered and installed the blinds, I requested a refund. This was approximately 3 months later. They agreed to refund my money and claimed that it might take 7 days. That was 3 months ago. Numerous (over 30) phone calls, voicemails, texts and written letters (including the police report) have not been responded to. It’s as though they have dropped off the planet. ***** ****** and her company, Mr. Window Blinds, have stolen over $5,000 and will not answer phone calls, text messages, Written mailed requests or even copies of the police report sent to them. This is a dishonest company- if they are even still in business.

    On March 24, 2022 we went into an agreement with Mr Window Blinds for the fabrication and installation of two interior plantation shutters for our home. When ****** the representative with Mr Window Blinds, came to our home to do measurements she informed us there would be a 10 week turn around for them. Part of the agreement was to pay for half of the cost up front as a deposit, we paid $779.99. June 29, 2022 was the last communication we have had from *****. She informed me that there was a delay from the fabricator in California due to supply issues and gas prices and that she would try to find a more definitive answer. This became a red flag for us because when ***** was at our home doing measurements she informed us that her fabricator was in Tampa and now all of sudden they are in California. Since that day I have not been able to get any communication from this company. I have tried phone calls, email, texts and certified letters. They do not have a store front and say their office is "virtual". I have exhausted all forms of trying to get some type of communication from anyone.
