    On November 4, 2021 I went into the urgent care and was treated. On December 9, 2021 I paid my balance of $98.40 the bill was having trouble being processed so I called it in on 12/15/2021 and they told me they would cancel the one I submitted before. On 01/04/2022 I received a bill in the mail saying I still owed $98.40 so I called and they told me nothing was paid. I then checked my account and I was charged on 12/09 and 12/15. I called and gave them the confirmation number I was given and they said they had no record of me paying and they'd have someone call me. I waited a few days then called again and they said the same thing so I went in. I showed them both of the charges on my card and they asked me to email them which I did and she did mark the bill paid but didn't give me much information on my refund. I kept calling on my refund because they said there's nothing they can do in office. After calling a couple more times they finally gave me the phone number of 866-662-6255 they told me to email them my bank statements and they'd get back to me, a week goes by and I heard nothing. I called the number again and they told me the same thing I sent them the email and another week went by and still I have heard nothing. Today I went in asking my status on my refund because like everyone else I do have bills that need to pay and $98.40 can do a lot. They told me there's nothing they can do they take my name and number and have someone call me I gave it to them but I told them they have been telling me this for basically a month now. I asked for corporates number and they told me they were privately owned so I asked to speak to the owner or whoever was in charge that was in, they said she was in a meeting she'll give her my information. I emailed my bank statements to the front desk lady Kaitlyn and she said she'd pass it on. I have not heard back from them all day.

    Registered online, got there still had to wait a long time in the waiting room and over an hour in the room to see what I thought was a doctor, but was a nurse practitioner. There was no MD on site at the time.It was a recurrence of an ear, eye, and chest infection, that was Supposedly treated there three weeks prior. They never asked me what med I currently take. I was not advised of my diagnosis but given walking papers to pick up prescriptions only to find out I have bacterial conjunctivitis amongst other things. When I ask to see the nurse practitioner again she was so abrupt and nasty!!!Walked off yelling I have no time for this. No one deserves this treatment.
