    Shell Rebate Centre - Jiffy Lube I purchased a full synthetic oil change during their promotional period March 29, 2025 to receive a free gift card. I submitted my receipt on March 31st. Email confirmed my submission and stated it would take 8 weeks for delivery of gift card. 10 weeks later on June 18, 2025 I called due to receiving nothing. I was informed that they had no record of my submission. They escalated and said I would receive communication within 24 hours. Same day, I received this email: Hi Colleen - There was an error processing your submission that has been addressed. Your submission is currently being processed. Please allow 2 weeks for processing. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Best Regards Shell Rebate Center Customer Service Tracy July 3, I followed up with an email to see the status of the gift card. This is the response 5 days later: It is currently in process, and it will be a few more weeks before we receive it. I keep getting the runaround and not happy with the customer service at all. I did my due diligence, I spent $174 during the promotion and submitted necessary receipts in the allocated time. It's now been 3.5 months! Very dissatisfied customer, ******* ******
