    I was there for a dental implant back in 2023 and completed everything in 2024 pretty much in the beginning of the yearafter that process, the implant started giving me problems. The crown was not setting in place correctly, even though the crown portion is the dentist that not do the surgery doctor Hashemian From the dental facial and cosmetic surgery center is the one that put in the implant and after I try to dispute, he then tries to me and tries to get me in the office when he had refused to see me prior to that Im really upset. My implant is givingme trouble is hurting. It doesnt look good. Ive had to go to second opinion, which is not a good thing because I am paying more out-of-pocket treatments and consultations

    MS. ******** has made some false accusations against our practice. To replace her front tooth, she needed a dental implant that has two stages, surgery and restoration, each part by a different specialist. We have done her surgical part and her general dentist has done the restoration part. Her complaint is related to the aesthetics  of this work that is related to the restoration portion of it. We have told her that and I have personally talked to her restorative dentist about that. The restorative dentist has agreed to correct this issue for her. We do not understand why she is disgruntled about us instead of the restorative dentist. Our portion of the work (Surgery) is flawless and we have told her that. She does not want to listen to our advice. 

    We have called her and asked her to come back to our office if she has a problem so we can talk to her again, but she refuses, our doors are wide open to her. Instead, she prefers to write false reviews online and make false accusations against us. It appears that she likes to be defiant and hold grudge against us wrongfully, whereas her problem lies with the work she has received from her general dentist. Should she continues with this false accusations, we may hold her responsible for her wrongfully defamation of character and slander.

    I am rejecting this response because: is trying to save his position as a surgeon I have many people that Ive spoken to that are very upset about the service and the bedside manner of this surgeon house everything that hes saying there I would say 95% is not agreeable with me. he totally ignored me when I needed to see him. The office staff had made me an appointment and they said that there was nothing else they can do the reason why theres not only aesthetic like he stated and Im not putting any false statements. Im putting how I feel the reviews are not only good. They can also be bad reviews on the service and received, so I am truly saying this because I feel that I have to serve the opportunity to talk to him. Heis now saying that I didnt wanna talk to him or the office staff just because I put in a complaint now hes complaining about me, but I can always get an attorney to back up all the stuff and all the money that I have spent because even though he did his portion finished crown portion I had complained because I still have some discomfort and the implant needed to probably be adjusted for the crown to fit correctly. I dont understand. Why is he trying to say something else? Please understand that my situation was to explain it to them in person and he refused to see me or talk to me as a matter of fact, my dentist tried to reach out to him and so sorry, but he did not want to speak to my dentist either the surgeon Dr. ******* needs to get his act together because he never spoke to me at all. He is lying.
