      july 25 th around 6 pm seebreeze came to my home for a ac problem. the diagnosed it as a control panel needed replaced., they had said the pannel would be around 800 an labor was around 300 as i jokenly said maybe 250. the *** said it would take 45 min to an hr to put in. mon after noon i called to see what the statis was on the part as my wife was having some health issues . we they finally got here after 6 pm he told me the labor was 468 an some change. i asked what the 168 differance was. he said the part was 1100. that was under warranty . couldnt say alot with my wife being ill. when i asked the tec he lied an told me he said it would be 400. he replaced the part. an also replaced a part that he counldnt explain why i needed it changed. after trying to get the truth out of him which never happened he looked at me and said if we dont get the money i take the part out. grant it. 45 min job to an hr was 10 min. price gouging. lieing an a bad attitiude. seeking 294 dollars back as normal ac labor is 175 an hr.

      When we arrived to the customers home we completed a diagnostic on the unit and found that the board was bad, this part is under warranty for the part. The company is flat rate pricing and we charged ***** for the diagnostic fee and the part installed under warranty is billed out at ******. This includes for us to order, go pick up the part from the factory, return to home and install, 1 year warranty, and we have to return the part and pay a 50 part processing fee. The fact that the technicians has *************************************************************** the price. (He is trained) Total time involved in the completed transaction is with diag, driving, fixing, checking, and returning part. 3.2 hours. I think it would be fair to say that this not taking advantage of no customer. We are family owned and cannot work for free. I really do apologize if the technician was not 100% professional and we will coach on that. But as far as refund, we are going to respectfully decline at this time.
