    They came out because we had heat coming out of the vents, he started tinkering around with the thermostate and went up into the ducts to check them out he came back down and we had no air flow which we ?? did have airflow before he got here. First he said oh your ducts look ok then after we started complaining about the airflow he says oh you probably need new ducts.. then he did something to the thermostate that he couldnt figure out how to fix and kept telling me the longer Im here the more its gonna cost.. well you broke it so I shouldnt have to pay you to fix your boo boo.. I call up the owner to tell him look yes its not coming out heat anymore but I dont know what he did that were not getting airflow anymore it was barly coming out, he said oh well he never went up to the attic and did anything with the ducts Im like ok who said anything about ducts humm weird he ?? did go up to the attic I watched him and I had to move my car for him to go there! I went into the attic after he left and it looks like he stepped right through the duct!!! I had someone come out and fix it now he have airflow again! I had to get another thermostate after he googled and programmed it cause whatever he did to that thing it was not working after he left! I want my money back!

    On april 30 2022 ac thermosat was changed paid ****** had numerous problems . every time they came they said there was no problem.. for 2 days thermosat not working properly freezing cold in house today i had new thermosat installed paid ******. want reimbursement for this charge ******.last time i called in service they rudely told me not to call again or they will call sheriff ******

    On 7/3/23 a technician from this company came out to my residence to perform regular maintenance on my unit. According to the technician, same performed maintenance on the A/C and changed a faulty part. On that same night, my A/C stopped working and was no longer blowing cold air into my home. I contacted the company who came out on 7/4/23 and advised they could not find any issues. The company failed to restore my A/C to the conditions it was before the maintenance on 7/3/23 was performed. After the company failed to fix the issue and rudely dismissed my complaints, I contacted a supervisor named ** who advised I would not be charged for the service on 7/3/23. On 7/6/23 I checked my bank account and discovered the company charged me and contacted them again. I was referred to the owner Craig Krueger who rudely advised I am not an emergency and that I need to check myself. As a paying customer I demand that either this company brings my A/C back to the conditions it was before the maintenance on 7/3/23 took place, or that they reimburse the amount paid for me to hire a competent company to come out and do the job for them.

    Dear Better Business Bureau:

    On July 3, 2023, our technician performed a preventative maintenance at ********************************************************************************  (See Invoice #******)

    On July 4, 2023, the Homeowner called Craig W. Krueger Air Conditioning &Heatings *************************** (due to the July 4th holiday)and stated that the system shut off in the middle of the night.  Our technician arrived to find the system running and the thermostat was set to 73 and it was 73 in the house (See Invoice #******). With the heat index and heat advisory on July 4, 2023, the system and the house would never keep that temperature if the system had shut down. Our technicians both did an excellent job.

    I have refunded the full amount paid for Invoice #****** and the customer was not charged the ***************** cost of $150.00. We demand *********************, *******************, or anyone from this address, *******************************************************************************, have no further contact whatsoever with Craig W. Krueger Air Conditioning & Heating or His Employees. The system installed at ******************************************************************************* has no warranty with Craig W. Krueger Air Conditioning & Heating or *************************** (See attached warranty info).  Our hope is you find a company that can meet your expectations.

    Thanks for the prompt resolution of this matter. Im glad that through the process of mediation from your company, we were able to be compensated for the lack of service received by the company in question.

    Additionally, please advise the other party that neither ********************* or ******************* wants any further contact with any employee of this company.
