NeatAutoComputers (NAC) received my tracked and insured $950 ECM and assured it would be shipped back to me. No return tracking number was ever provided after presumable diagnostics/repair. After multiple **mails and direct phone call to the shop and 4 months' wait for my ensured/undrivable car I have never received my ECM back. I was just refunded my $99 repair fee by **Bay, no other remedy was ever offered by NAC. Even my negative **Bay feedback for NAC was erased shortly thereafter. The only way to recover my ECU is to sue **** **Bay won't help or even allow you to contact itself.Read ALL the reviews (outside of **Bay) about NAC's service and consider the risks involved.

I sent my ECM to them for repair. They called me back and said nothing t was wrong with it and they would issue a refund. A year later and still haven't received anything. Everytime I call you have to speak to the manager who is never available! Don't do business with these scammers!

I paid $131, through an **** listing, for repair on a CPU and followed the instructions on sending it in. I later got an email saying the part was too damaged for repair, and was offered a new one for an additional $579. I agreed to purchase the new part and asked for an invoice. Instead of sending an invoice, someone called me to do the transaction over the phone. When I didn't hear back from the company after a week, I contacted them and was then told that they couldn't get the part and would be issuing a full refund. I received a refund for the initial $131, but have been getting the run-around for 3 weeks on the remaining $579. My emails have gone unanswered, and I have been transferred from one person to another, have been told they would call me right back, and got no call back, have been sent to voicemail, and have been hung up on when I have called. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company to fight the charge.
